LOVE their Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Green Milk Tea! One of the better spots out of the 100000 ones around.

My mom really enjoys going here! She really enjoys ordering the yogurt drinks - orders a couple at a time. The bobaristas there have been really patient with us when it comes to ordering and figuring out what to try. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of the place because it doesn't have the drinks I enjoy, but my family loves drinking the yogurt drink there.

After the first time I was sure I wouldn't be back but I was introduced to their peach green tea and I've been hooked! Everytime I'm back in Houston, I gotta buy at least one or two of them to satisfy the craving but it's never enough! Kinda glad I don't have a car this week in Houston because I'm sure I would spend all my money here. I do recommend all my friends to come to JTea for the peach tea. I do tell them that they don't adjust the sugar for the peach tea unfortunately. I was told it's premade so that's why but just let the ice melt a bit and it's good! They have seats again so perfect to sit and chat with friends while sipping on a nice cool peach tea!

This is one of my fav boba places ever in Houston! Green milk tea is my fav drinks so this is why I love it here so much. Staffs friendly, not in a rush for you to order. They're staffed here so drinks come out very quick. I like their most popular drink which is green milk tea w/ milk jello 25% sugar light ice. Drinks tend to be a tad sweet for me so the less sugar the better!

I been wanting to try this place for so long! And i'm so glad i finally did. Their green milk tea has become one of my favourites, i love how creamy it is!! The place itself is very small and still operates on take-out only, which is ok for me. They have an extensive menu with lots of other drinks that i really want to try! But I always seem to come back for their green milk tea. The service is very quick and the staffs are great!

If you're thirsty on a hot Houston day and craving milk tea...Jtea is the spot to be at. JTea is growing in popularity and a favorite among many. It offers one of the most delicious tea with milk jello. I usually get the green milk tea with milk jello and highly recommend it to others. The store is small and cute and the staff is so friendly. It can get crowded but they get everyone's order out quickly. You can purchase some delicious finger foods. I highly recommend this spot for milk tea that is away from the hustle and bustle of Bellaire.

Love love love this place but lowkey have a love hate relationship here. My friend first introduced me to JTEA over 2 years ago. And I had started to go plenty. But then lately, even with inflation and post Covid, I feel the prices are steep for their drinks. Do I still come? Occasionally. Why? Because I absolutely love their brown rice jasmine milk tea, green milk tea, and their absolutely amazing fruit tea. What deters me from coming more is the fact that their fruit tea has now gone up to $7 pre tax. And when you ask for no ice, their drinks are only filled 1/3 or 1/2 of the way - at most. That's super frustrating considering after tax, one drink is easily $7. They also do not have a rewards program which i wish they would. Would be a nice little incentive for return customers. Staff is nice though and the interior is very clean. Cute decor but very limited space. I do wish they would have a table area. They only have high seats available so it's not a place where I can sit down briefly to enjoy my drink with a friend and/or my little ones.

Ordered the Brown Rice Jasmine Milk Tea. Can't adjust the sugar level, but that's okay because it has a strong tea flavor and not as sweet as i thought. I asked for extra cereal which totally makes the drink better. The so call cereal is like those instant asian 3in1 cereal mix that you can buy at the supermarket that has sugar in them. The boba is well marinated and the texture was good.

This boba shop was a bit out of the way for me, but it's just down Bellaire Blvd. I came here in the afternoon on a week day, and there was still a line! I was so surprised. Parking was easy to find, just not directly in front of JTea. They have a small lot shared with other businesses. I got what my Vietnamese friend told me to order: Tiramisu milk tea 25% sugar + khuc bach. The khuc bach was an extra $2.50, so my order came out to like $8-9. RIP my wallet. It was like a slightly harder version of jello. There were some regular milk (white) ones and matcha (green) pieces. It tasted ok. The drink was good though. I can see the hype. I'm glad I got 25% sugar because it was still really sweet for me! The drink comes with lychee jelly on the bottom. I didn't fall in love with this crazy drink, but it wasn't bad. I think I just prefer a simple milk tea.
